Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Superintendent, based in Fairchance, PA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure adherence to safety protocols, manage construction schedules and budgets, and coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless execution. The role involves regular communication with stakeholders, on-site staff, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, within the allotted time, and on budget. Qualifications Proven skills in Construction Site Management, ensuring efficient and effective on-site project executionStrong knowledge of Construction Safety best practices and regulations to maintain a safe work environmentExceptional Organization Skills to manage timelines, resources, and documentationExperience in Budgeting and the ability to manage construction costs and resources efficientlyProficient in Project Management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scopeExceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and engage with stakeholders effectivelyFamiliarity with construction software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredAbility to adapt to a hybrid work environment with both office and on-site responsibilities
