NOW HIRING: QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR – 2ND SHIFT Location: Denton, TX 76207 Pay: $22.00 per hour | Weekly Pay Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Overtime & Weekends: Based on company needs Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire PUT YOUR ATTENTION TO DETAIL TO WORK Openwork is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for a manufacturing company in Denton, TX. We're looking for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, product quality, and following established manufacturing standards. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods Identify defects and verify products meet specifications Perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and product testing Use calipers, gauges, measuring tapes, and other inspection tools Monitor production processes for quality concerns Document inspection results and report defects Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment Follow company quality procedures and applicable industry standards Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous quality control, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred Experience using calipers, gauges, measuring tapes, and other measuring tools Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects Understanding of manufacturing quality standards and procedures Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and documentation skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable working a consistent 2nd-shift schedule Must be available for overtime and weekend work based on company needs WHY CONSIDER THIS OPPORTUNITY? $22.00 per hour Weekly pay Consistent second-shift schedule Overtime opportunities Full-time, temp-to-hire position Long-term career potential Team-oriented manufacturing environment ABOUT OPENWORK Openwork is a talent-first staffing company with more than 50 years of experience connecting talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
