Role Description This full-time, on-site Structural Designer role is based in the Greater Fayetteville, AR area. The Structural Designer will develop innovative structural concepts, create detailed construction drawings, and work closely with cross-functional teams to support packaging and display manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include using CAD software to generate accurate designs, ensuring compliance with structural engineering standards, and collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)Knowledge of Structural Engineering and Steel Design principlesExperience in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on material and load-bearing considerationsStrong problem-solving and technical skills for innovative structural designEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and internal teamsEducational background in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in the packaging or retail display industry is a plusDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
