Controller Roswell, GA $80,000–$100,000 annually (depending on experience) About the OrganizationWe are a family‑owned manufacturing company produces specialized components such as grounding and bonding clamps and assemblies for organizations that work with or handle hazardous materials. Our team values reliability, safety, and long‑term customer relationships.Responsibilities of the ControllerThe Controller will oversee financial operations, support business growth, and ensure strong internal controls. The Controller will:Oversee cash flow management and cash forecasting.Manage inventory accounting and cost‑control processes.Handle full‑cycle accounts payable and cash receipts/deposits.Prepare and post month‑end journal entries.Produce accurate, timely financial statements.Process payroll and administer all related reporting requirements.Manage quarterly estimated tax payments and sales tax filings.Oversee 401(k) administration.Lead HR and benefits administration for a small employee group.Perform bank reconciliations and maintain banking relationships.Coordinate and support Workers’ Compensation audits.Administer and reconcile company credit card programs.Perform cost accounting within QuickBooks.Serve as the primary IT/systems liaison for basic tech and system needs.Maintain clear communication with CPAs, banks, insurance providers, and vendors.Minimum Qualifications for the ControllerThe Controller should have:Previous experience in a Controller role and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.Strong understanding of cost accounting within a multi‑warehouse environment.Expert‑level knowledge of QuickBooks (required).Strong Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and XLOOKUPs.If you’re ready to take ownership of financial operations in a hands‑on environment, we encourage you to apply today for the Controller role!Click here to apply online
