Entune Behavioral Health offers individual, couples, and family therapy, along with a range of supportive mental health services designed to help clients build resilience, improve well-being, and achieve meaningful life goals.We are currently hiring a Behavioral Health Receptionist / Front Desk to join our team and provide excellent support to our diverse client community.ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanorAnswer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team memberSchedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal wait timesVerify patient insurance coverage and eligibilityCollect co-pays and fees, ensuring accurate records and adherence to financial policiesMaintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality (HIPAA)Assist patients with inquiries and provide relevant information about services and proceduresPrepare and process medical forms and documentsCollaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operationsHandle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveriesMonitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk areaRequirementsQualifications & Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentProven experience in a customer service role, preferably multiple years in a medical or behavioral health settingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organization and administrative skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office SuiteProven experience in Electronic Health/Medical Record Systems, preferably Advanced MD (AMD)Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretionWillingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologiesProfessional appearance and demeanorCurrent CPR, AED, First Aid Certification (Required)Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)Spanish Speaking (Preferred)Full-time BenefitsMedical, Health Savings Account (HSA), Vision, Dental, Short-term, Long-term Disability, Life insurance401K and Local Financial AdvisorsEmployee Assistance PlanPaid Sick LeavePaid Time Off (personal leave)Pay starts at $16+ / hour, depending on experience.Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
