Responsibilities include:Overseeing the design and execution of complex structural engineering projectsManaging project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful deliveryProviding technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staffPreparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimatesCoordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project successConducting construction oversight and administration as neededLeading business development efforts, including proposal writing and client engagementEnsure all projects comply with local, state and federal regulationsCollaborate with other Project Managers / Multidisciplinary teams on projects ensuring timely completionProject Types:You will lead and manage a variety of projects, including:Municipal BuildingsCommercial BuildingsEducational FacilitiesBridges and Aquatic Organism Passage Structures Residential ProjectsFederal Government facilities (e.g., U.S. Air Force projects)What We’re Looking For:We are seeking an experienced leader with strong technical and project management skills. The candidate will work under experienced department managers all holding Professional Engineer licenses. The Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated and eager to contribute to a growing team. TD&H will provide project management training if necessary.
