Manager of Recruitment & OutreachDO Admin OperationsFull Time87663BRJob SummaryThe Manager of Recruitment & Outreach at the UCSF School of Nursing is responsible for leadership in the design, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive recruitment strategy for our diverse academic programs. Their portfolio includes lead generation and nurturing as a crucial part of leading students to completed applications and meeting enrollment targets.Reporting to the Director of Learner Experience, the Manager oversees and implements:Recruitment and marketing budgetMaterials and resourcesDigital outreach and advertising campaignsIn-person recruitmentCampaigns to enable faculty to be recruitersUtilizing our CRM for drip campaignsResponse to inquiriesProduction and coordination of info-sessionsMeasurement of effort success, conversion trackingThe successful Manager will:Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across our organization and with external stakeholdersUtilize marketing, recruitment, and audience expertise to maximize our efforts and carefully target in order to meet our enrollment goalsApply a strategic mindset and a data-driven approach to streamline processes while managing several programs with differing needsRequired to hold valid driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice ProgramThe final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. The Dean's Office provides the essential operational structure and resources to support the school's academic, research and clinical efforts.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.Minimum of 3 years of Lead/Supervisory/Manager experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, outreach, student support, and/or marketingRequired to hold valid driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice ProgramStrong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Ability to manage projects.Demonstrated ability in supervising the work of others and the ability to organize and set priorities that accurately reflect department goals and objectives.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other business software.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to understand and interpret complex documents and data specifications.Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.Demonstrated ability to utilize critical thinking skills to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.Effective writing and editing skills, including experience developing policy / procedures, reports and presentations.Strong knowledge of common University-specific computer application programs and knowledge of University and departmental principles and procedures involved in risk assessment.Knowledge of human resources management policies with the ability to train, monitor, evaluate, and document human resources issues and performance.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in health field, communications, marketing, or related disciplineExperience with case management or tracking systems like SLATELicense/CertificationRequired to hold valid driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice ProgramAbout UCSFThe University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) is a leading university dedicated to promoting health worldwide through advanced biomedical research, graduate-level education in the life sciences and health professions, and excellence in patient care.
