We are seeking a creative and collaborative Beverage Manager to lead our bar program at Rouge. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Salary: $70,000 starting salary. Schedule: 5 nights per week (Full-time). The Role: You will be the architect of our beverage menu, responsible for both maintaining our classic standards and innovating with seasonal creations.
