Program Manager
Role Summary BloomBoard is a talent development provider that helps school districts with educator pipeline, advancement, and retention solutions. We offer turnkey programs to move educators forward at all points of their professional journey—from becoming a Teacher’s Aide to becoming a School Leader. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring learner and partner success by managing deliverables and milestones throughout the client journey and serving as the bridge between clients, university partners, sales, the broader Partner Success Team and product development. The Program Manager will play a critical role in implementing the various programs BloomBoard offers and working closely with clients on problem solving the logistical hurdles that may arise. The right person for this role must have at least 5+ years experience in the education industry, either K-12 or higher ed. Key Responsibilities:Drives the successful implementation of BloomBoard programs, working with public school districts, university partners, and other organizations to design the implementation project plan and achieve deliverables and milestones throughout the client journey.Build and maintain strong relationships with program leadership: superintendents, principals, state leaders, directors of technology and professional development.Facilitate the onboarding and implementation process for new BloomBoard clients: working with program leadership and BloomBoard’s internal teams to ensure rollouts adhere to our principles of partner success as well as to customize and configure the implementation plan to meet each account’s specific needs and processes.Deliver or support web-based and in-person logistical support for participants and district leaders, as needed.Analyze data (in-platform reports, surveys, in-platform Discussions, customer support, etc.) to measure program progress and effectiveness and to manage risk.Manage and track client participant counts and seat usage for purposes of enrollment and billing.Strategically leverage supports to remove obstacles and barriers to success.Work closely with the BloomBoard Product Team to improve the user experience by tracking bugs, submitting feature requests, and testing and verifying product enhancements.Partner with Sales and Partner Success support teams to ensure client journey satisfaction and the achievement of objectives.Participate in strategic initiatives to continuously improve client satisfaction, incorporate client feedback in product development, increase internal operational efficiency, and demonstrate the value of BloomBoard’s premium products to clients.Other duties as assignedRequirements: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.5+ years experience in the education industry, either K-12 or higher ed.2+ years project or program management experience.Passionate about education, teacher quality, and helping learners advance in their careers.Skills: Excellent project management and execution skills, with a track record of delivering great outcomes on a deadline.Strong attention to detail.Strong time management and prioritization skills.Able to organize, analyze and present data.Proficient with Excel, Salesforce, and Google Drive programs.Knowledgeable about the education sector and key issues in education reform.Creative and resourceful, and interested in solving ambiguous problems with limited resources in a lean startup environment.Impeccably professional and comfortable acting as one of the company’s brand ambassadors.Highly collaborative yet self-sufficient.Patient and adept at handling difficult and high-pressure situations.Tech-savvy and interested in working on a technology product.Location: RemoteJob Type: FTECompensation: Based on Experience
