Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and lead various architectural projects within the K-12 and higher education sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of architectural design and educational environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple architectural projects from inception to completion.Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors, to define project scope and objectives.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial targets.Coordinate project teams and resources, facilitating communication and collaboration among all parties involved.Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.Utilize design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Rhino to assist in project visualization and development.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in architectural projects, preferably in K-12 and higher education.Strong proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Rhino.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering quality results.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salaryBonuses401k w/ Match3+ weeks PTO9 Company Holidays Email Your Resume In Word ToIan.Henderson@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
