Job description: RN – LTAC Per Diem Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of recent LTAC or Telemetry RN experience BLS and ACLS certifications required (American Heart Association only) Active Oklahoma RN license or multistate compact RN license (must be attached to resume) Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required Knowledge of central lines and preferred experience in wound care Ability to independently manage medically complex LTAC patients with high acuity needs Job Details: Shift Type = Days and Nights Shift Hours = 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Assignment Length = Per Diem / Up to 1 year On‑Call = Not specified Holidays = Not specified Patient Ratio = LTAC ratios vary based on patient acuity and staffing Equipment = Ventilators, IV pumps, telemetry monitoring, trach equipment EMR = Not specified Description of job: SnapCare is seeking an experienced and dedicated LTAC Registered Nurse to join Cornerstone Hospital of Broken Arrow for night shift per diem coverage. The RN will hold shift accountability for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care for complex, high‑acuity LTAC patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, scientific reasoning, and the ability to anticipate and plan for safe and effective patient care delivery. The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, supervise support personnel, and consistently demonstrate leadership while maintaining adherence to hospital policies and the State Nurse Practice Act. Candidates must be able to start within two weeks of offer.
