The RN will hold shift accountability for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care for complex, high‑acuity LTAC patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, scientific reasoning, and the ability to anticipate and plan for safe and effective patient care delivery. The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, supervise support personnel, and consistently demonstrate leadership while maintaining adherence to hospital policies and the State Nurse Practice Act. Candidates must be able to start within two weeks of offer.
