Electrical Design Engineer, HV/MV Engineering

Overview As an Electrical Engineer on AWS Infrastructure Services, you design and deliver substations and electrical systems for data centers, driving reliability and cost efficiency. You work with cross-functional teams and external partners to move designs from concept to permit and construction, ensuring high uptime and safe, compliant operations. This role offers ownership, opportunities to influence in-house engineering practices, and exposure to multi-regional projects. You’ll tackle complex electrical challenges at scale and shape critical infrastructure for the cloud.
