*Description of Position:*
Do you have experience supporting senior executives and keeping complex priorities organized? Our client is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEP, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors while helping keep important projects, meetings, communications, and follow up on track.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Manager the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating priorities
* Monitor and help organize the CEO's email inbox, including identifying priorities and routing messages
* Prepare the CEO for meetings by organizing agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and reports
* Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, including agendas, board packets, meeting minutes, and records
* Track important deadlines, projects, action items, and follow up items for the CEO and Leadership Team
* Coordinate internal and external meetings with staff, funders, public agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders
* Draft, edit, format, and distribute professional communications and organizational materials
* Conduct basic research and prepare background information for meetings and strategic discussions
* Maintain organized executive files, record, policies, meeting documentation, and shared documents
* Assist with meeting and interview logistics, including greeting guest and preparing meeting spaces
*Experience Required:*
* 5+ years of experience in executive support, administration, operations, or program coordination.
* Experience supporting a CEO, Executive Director, or other senior executive preferred
* Experience supporting a Board of Directors or governance function strongly preferred
* Nonprofit experience is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
* Experience with project or task management platforms is a plus
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Flexible, dependable, and willing to take on new responsibilities as needed
* Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
