Find your future with us.Position ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of program plans to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectivesCoordinate and maintain integrated master plans and schedules using digital planning toolsImplement and leverage data and analytics to monitor program performance (trend, variance, impact) and drive timely decisionsSupport program financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and estimate-at-complete (EAC) activitiesLead risk, issue, and opportunity (RIO) management, including integration of data-driven insightsAid in the development and utilization of digital tools and dashboards to enhance visibility, reporting, and decision-makingPartner with engineering and digital teams to align program execution with emerging system capabilities, data environments, and toolsetsIdentify opportunities to improve processes through collaboration, automation, digital integration, and tool optimizationBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including international customers and cross-functional partnersApply critical thinking to assess complex program challenges and drive effective, timely solutionsCollaborate across engineering, supply chain, contracts, and finance teams to deliver integrated outcomesSupport program operating rhythm, including metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reportingContribute to program reviews, customer engagements, industry conferences, and leadership communicationsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related field3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed environment3+ years of experience with program planning, scheduling, and performance tracking3+ years of experience with financial analysis, cost management, or forecasting in a program or project environment3+ years of experience managing risks, issues, and opportunitiesStrong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skillsExperience using data analysis tools (e.g., AI, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Demonstrated digital literacy and ability to leverage tools, systems, and data to drive program outcomesAbility to interpret technical and financial informationPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)Bachelor's degree preferredMaster's degree (e.g., MBA, Project Management, Engineering, or related field)Experience in aerospace, defense, or government programsExperience with Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) programsExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM)Experience supporting Estimate at Completion (EAC) or forecasting processesExperience supporting modification, upgrade, or modernization programs (e.g., mid-life upgrades)Experience supporting tanker or military aircraft programs (e.g., KC-767, KC-46)Experience in product support, sustainment, or lifecycle support environmentsExperience with digital program management or model-based engineering toolsExperience developing dashboards or automated reporting solutionsExperience working in a global or international business environmentConflict of InterestSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the company's conflict of interest (CoI) assessment process.Drug Free WorkplaceBoeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & BenefitsAt Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
