Location: Houston preferred; Texas Triangle considered Reports to CEO & Co-founder Competitive base salary + performance-based commission This is a true player-coach role: build the system, lead the team and close the deals that define ÖÖD's next stage of growth. What you'll do Build and professionalize ÖÖD's US sales function Define customer segmentation, sales processes, forecasting and performance metrics Optimize CRM, pipeline management and sales operations Personally originate and close sales Lead, develop and grow a high-performing sales team Partner closely with Production, Finance and Leadership to align commercial execution and delivery What success looks like Increased win rates, conversion and forecast accuracy Strong pipeline growth and predictable revenue generation Faster sales cycles and improved sales productivity Sustainable growth across customer segments and regions About you 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams Proven success selling high-ticket products with long, consultative sales cycles Strong sales operations expertise (CRM, forecasting, analytics, pipeline management) Demonstrated ability to build scalable go-to-market systems and teams Experience in luxury assets, hospitality, modular construction, real estate or similar sectors preferred Ideal backgrounds Luxury marine & private aviation Resort & branded-residence real estate Premium prefab, modular & glamping structures Premium wellness, spa & outdoor living Hotel & hospitality development Deadline for applications: July 3, 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
