Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests. Duties - Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy - Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue - Provide exceptional guest service throughout the dining experience - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Requirements - Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred - Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculation - Culinary knowledge or fine dining experience is advantageous - Excellent guest relations skills to create a welcoming atmosphere Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.35 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Shift: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Experience: Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Waveland, MS 39576 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Waveland, MS 39576: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
