Role Description We are seeking a Field Account Representative for a full-time hybrid role based in Amarillo, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Account Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying customer needs, and presenting tailored product and service solutions. Additional tasks include meeting sales goals, tracking customer interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Strong sales and account management expertise, including experience in establishing and growing customer relationships and meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to uncover customer needs and develop personalized solutions using Grainger’s products and servicesExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for customer and market researchEffective verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and internal collaborationProficiency with digital tools and platforms, including CRM software, for tracking customer interactions and analyzing dataStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceBackground in industrial or B2B sectors is a plusWillingness to travel as needed to meet customer and business requirements
