This role is focused on on-site delivery of electrical systems, leading installation, coordination, and commissioning of critical infrastructure. This is an execution-driven position, best suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, environment and prefer hands-on delivery of complex systems over design-focused work.Responsibilities Lead electrical scope execution from preconstruction through commissioningDevelop and manage M/E estimates, system analysis, and value engineering strategiesOversee power distribution, critical systems, and infrastructure coordinationDrive project scheduling, sequencing, and constructability reviewsManage subcontractors, vendors, and equipment procurementLead commissioning efforts, including system testing and validationConduct quality inspections to ensure performance and compliancePartner with clients and support project pursuits and business developmentMentor junior engineers and support team developmentPreferred BackgroundDegree in Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering OR background in Navy/Military5+ years of experience in construction with a strong electrical focusMission critical backgroundSpecialist EPC experienceMedium Voltage experienceStrong field presence with a focus on execution, installation, and commissioning supportThis is your opportunity to help build the infrastructure powering the digital world.
