Ideal candidates are motivated team players and have a desire to learn all aspects of solar systems.Duties/Responsibilities:Assemble solar modules, panels or support structuresMeasure, cut and assemble structural framing and solar modulesOrganize the job siteLaying modulesAssisting electricians and Level 2 installersOther duties as assignedRequirements:General level of electrical, solar and roofing knowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to work with heights; on rooftops and climbing laddersMust be able to lift 50lbs-75lbsExperience with hand-held and power toolsAbility to work well with others in a collaborative team environmentHigh School diploma or equivalentAt least 3 months experiencePhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and being on feetBenefits:Paid holidaysHealth insurancePTO
