CNC Programmer/Operator

Summary As a CNC Programmer at InSolves, you will be instrumental in developing precise machining programs that ensure the highest quality of our manufactured products. Responsibilities Reading and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting the design specifications, adjusting the machine cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final product Develop and optimize CNC programs for both mill and lathe Maintain tooling inventory Make manual program adjustments as necessary With QC to ensure that tolerances and specifications are met Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process Qualifications 2-5 years of relevant experience High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a technical or associate degree program a plus Proven experience programming and operating CNC mill and lathe Proven experience operating manual fabrication equipment Proficiency in Mastercam/Fusion and CAD software with strong mathematical skills including knowledge of fractions and decimals Team member mentality with good self-motivational ability to meet defined deadlines If you are ready to take your CNC programming skills to the next level within a dynamic team that values innovation and integrity, we invite you to apply today at InSolves!
