RF Test Engineering Manager

Job DescriptionAs a Test Engineering Manager at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of test support engineers to ensure the successful execution of test station builds, processes and procedures. You will develop and implement station build strategies to ensure on-time delivery, while managing on-going floor support, test equipment rentals etc. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze factory analytics to identify areas for improvement and provide technical guidance and support to team members.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering teams. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that engineering projects are supported and aligned with the company's goals. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to the test support engineering team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise and support the test engineering team to ensure the successful execution of test station builds, documentation, test plans and proceduresManage test station build area to ensure material is stocked, appropriate spare equipment is in placeProvide technical guidance and support to team members in conducting troubleshooting, tests and analyzing resultsCollaborate with cross functional teams, as needed, in support of special testing, difficult station issues Monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvementDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiencyQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.Minimum 3 years of experience in test engineering or related rolesStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience with test methodologies and toolsAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearanceWE VALUE5 years of experience in test engineering or related rolesStrong knowledge of test methodologies and toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to drive results and meet deadlinesContinuous learning mindsetCompensation And BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $150K - $188K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
