If you’re a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys being boots on the ground, jumping in to solve problems, and leading by example, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify areas for process improvement Develop and implement cost-effective engineering solutionsSupervise outside contractors and employees involved in project activities.Manage capital and major maintenance projects Work closely with operations and other cross-functional teams RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering; other engineering degrees may be considered on a case-by-case basis.Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing.Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience.Experience managing capital projects.Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.No visa sponsorship is available for this position.Salary: $130,000 - $135,000Full benefits package
