They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement sustainable solutions to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify improvement opportunities and establish measurable goalsLead and facilitate CI projects, utilizing various methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and KaizenConduct process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and develop action plans to streamline operationsTrain and mentor employees on CI principles, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvementMonitor and evaluate the progress of CI initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and desired outcomesProvide regular reports and presentations to management, highlighting the impact of CI efforts on key performance indicatorsFoster a collaborative environment by promoting cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharingQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management)Proven experience as a CI Specialistor in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced IT environmentStrong knowledge and practical application of CI methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma root cause tools and statistical analysisExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutionsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams, driving consensus and achieving resultsProficiency in project management tools and software to effectively plan, track, and report on CI initiativesContinuous learning mindset, staying updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in CIStrong skills in JQL code, Power BI, Minitab, and Microsoft Office preferredExperience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CI-related role, preferably in a similar industry or organizationProven track record of successfully leading and implementing CI initiatives, resulting in measurable improvementsCertification in Lean Six Sigma (green belt or above) is preferredExperience with Kaizen is requiredExperience with Jira, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills are preferredPowered by JazzHRqxkg48hgzp
