The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on Java development experience, a solid understanding of claims and denials workflows, and experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as Cursor or Claude, or implementing Generative AI solutions.This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to enhance billing workflows, improve automation, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.Required Qualifications:7–10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development3+ years of experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domainExperience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or implementing Generative AI solutions (RAG, LLMs, LangChain, etc.)Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong expertise in:Spring CoreSpring BootSpring MVCSpring SecuritySpring IntegrationHands-on experience developing and integrating REST and SOAP APIsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong learning aptitude with a product engineering mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, EC2, and ECSKnowledge or exposure to Amazon ConnectExperience working in Agile product development environmentsKey ResponsibilitiesSupport Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows with a focus on claims and denials.Collaborate with billing and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Design and enhance Java-based enterprise applications.Leverage AI tools and GenAI technologies to improve engineering productivity and workflow automation.Develop and maintain secure, scalable REST and SOAP services.Drive continuous improvements across the billing lifecycle through automation and product innovation.📬 Interested or know someone who fits?Drop us a message or send your updated resume to [Sampath@a1associates.net] and feel free to call me on 732-268-5395Let’s build the future together!
