Physical Therapist - Belle Glades Area

Physical TherapistAMG Home Healthcare Services is looking for qualified Physical Therapist interested in a part-time and/or per diem role to provide PT Home Health services to the Belle Glades community. Our Therapists will be responsible for evaluating, assessing, creating treatment plans, and treatment/progress follow-up with our Belle Glades pediatric and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include: Evaluating and interviewing patients and their family members Creating individualized treatment plans that can be carried out at home Outlining treatment goals and methods to be used Assessing patients and monitoring their progress Coordinating with other healthcare professionals Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited college/university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist Active BLS Certification Have a reliable method of transportation WellSky/Kinnser Knowledge is a plus Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus AMG Healthcare's mission is to bring quality care to an underserved community while enjoying the flexibility and transparency you deserve.
