This is a hybrid role that includes both in-studio support and remote work, depending on business needs and priorities. It is a fast-paced, multi-location role requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset. Youll work autonomously while collaborating with the broader management team.What Youll DoAssist Studio Managers in daily operations and staff leadership.Support revenue growth through membership sales, private sessions, retail, and community events.Coach and mentor staff, fostering a positive, high-performing culture.Help manage facility operations, member inquiries, and issue resolution.Represent Club Pilates at neighborhood events to build community connections.Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and support studio goals across Chicago locations.Performs additional duties and supports special projects as needed to meet business needs.QualificationsEmbody our core values and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Flexible and reliable with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Studio, retail, or fitness management experience preferred.Ability to interpret reports (revenue, conversion, retention) and apply insights.Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Willingness to travel across all Chicago studio locations.What We OfferEstimated total compensation: $55,000+ annually (base $40,000 + monthly bonuses)Commission opportunitiesFree Pilates classesRetail & Teacher Training discountsComprehensive health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) for full-time employeesPaid leave, sick leave, and Paid Maternity Leave for full-time employees401(k) plan after 1 year of full-time employmentWork Schedule4045 hours/weekSchedule may vary based on staffing needs, including weekendsCombination of in-studio and remote workHoliday coverage as needed
