This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content creation, knows what performs on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and can take ideas from concept to published content.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging short-form video content optimized for social media platformsShoot content primarily using an iPhone (on-site and/or on location)Edit videos using modern editing and AI-based content toolsStay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practicesCollaborate on content ideas, hooks, and creative directionAnalyze performance and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and engagementQualifications1–3 years of hands-on experience creating short-form and social media contentProven experience publishing content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTubeStrong understanding of social media algorithms and content performanceBasic videography skills using an iPhoneProficiency with video editing and AI-assisted content toolsReliable, creative, and able to work independentlyMust be local to Atlanta or able to travel on-site at least once per weekMust be willing to make custom content during the interview process to show proof of workHave a professional Portfolio to showPreferred (Not Required)Fluency in Arabic or SpanishCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $45,000–$65,000 (based on experience)Unlimited performance-based bonusesOpportunity to grow creatively and professionally in a fast-moving environment
