Role OverviewThe Global Accounts Platform Specialist is responsible for owning, growing, and developing key global advertising accounts. You will analyze performance media data, optimize campaigns, and translate insights into clear recommendations for clients. This is a supporting client-facing account management role focused on driving client growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction in a performance advertising environment.Location: Hybrid - NYCStart Date: March | End Date: September 2026Employment Type: W2 contract + benefitsHours: 40 per weekRate: $63-73/hr (DOE)Core Responsibilities• Own and grow a portfolio of key global performance advertising accounts.• Analyze campaign data and optimize accounts to achieve client business goals.• Provide clear, actionable recommendations and optimization strategies to clients.• Collaborate closely with Client Partners and other Platform Specialists to support business development and account growth.• Deliver best-in-class customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.• Identify high-impact opportunities and develop data-backed upsell and growth recommendations.• Work effectively across teams and time zones with strong and consistent communication.Minimum Requirements• 5-7+ years of experience in performance media sales.• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with a self-serve advertising platform.• Strong understanding of performance advertising, the mobile and app market, and the digital advertising ecosystem.• Proven strategic selling experience with performance advertisers and advertising agencies.Preferred Qualifications• Experience building and managing relationships with both direct clients and agencies; strong understanding of client business objectives, goals, and challenges.• Ability to think strategically about complex issues and convert them into actionable plans.• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of driving shared success.• Excellent communication and presentation skills (in-person, video, and phone); ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations.• Experience creating and delivering presentations; knowledge of Keynote is preferred.• Advanced analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of Excel for data analysis and performance reporting.• High attention to detail and ability to quickly identify trends and performance issues.• Professional, positive, and resilient attitude with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
