Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the lead contractor, ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The Secretary will be responsible for managing client estimates, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining an efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support and service to clients
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow
- Assist with various clerical duties as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Familiarity with construction receptionist duties is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications
