You will support providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management and front office coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet, room, and prepare patients for evaluations and procedures.Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, chief complaints.Assist physicians during examinations, injections, wound care and etc.Prepare, maintain, and clean examination and procedure rooms, ensuring instruments are stocked and ready for use.Coordinate diagnostic tests (X-rays, MRI, CT, lab work) and ensure results are available for physician review.Educate patients on post-procedure care, medication instructions, and follow-up plans.Accurately document clinical encounters in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).Handle prescription refill requests per physician direction.Assist with durable medical equipment (DME), such as braces, boots, and crutches.Front Office & Administrative SupportSupport front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling appointments, insurance verification and verifying patient information.Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and route calls appropriately in a professional and timely manner.Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience across all touchpoints.Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.Prior experience as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist.Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner.Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to maintain strict confidentiality.Preferred QualificationsExperience operating a C-ArmBi-lingual (Spanish) Proficiency in MS Office and patient management softwarePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and position patients and equipment (up to 50 lbs)Prolonged standing, bending, and fine motor activityExposure to bloodborne pathogens and surgical chemicals in accordance with OSHA Standards.Why Work for Us?We offer competitive pay, paid holidays, comprehensive benefit package, paid time off, and 401K with company match.
