Duties Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep turf healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features including planting beds, shrubs, trees, and flower displays with precision pruning and tree care techniques Operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (weed whackers, blowers) safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects Use heavy machinery such as excavators or skid steers for construction or hardscape installation and repairs Assist with irrigation system installation, inspection, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible Support general maintenance activities including debris removal, mulch spreading, and minor repairs to landscape structures Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and maintenance tasks Prior experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not mandatory Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Knowledge of horticulture principles or landscaping practices is advantageous Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards safety protocols and quality standards Willingness to learn new skills related to tree care, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and general groundskeeping Embark on a rewarding journey where your efforts directly impact the beauty and safety of outdoor environments.
