Join us in shaping the next frontier of autonomous security.Your RoleWe are looking for a Staff Web Engineer to own and evolve XBOW’s web presence as a high-performance growth engine. This is not a traditional marketing site role. You will build a fast, dynamic, and technically sophisticated system that reflects the power of our product. This role directly impacts pipeline generation, conversion rate, and organic growth.You will sit at the intersection of engineering, design, and growth with full system ownership of the website stack. This includes CMS architecture, frontend implementation, and deployment infrastructure. You will treat the website as a product, with measurable performance across technical SEO, speed, and conversion.Our stack includes Next.js, React, Sanity, and Vercel.
