SuperintendentPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will play a key role in managing tenant improvements in Class A office spaces, healthcare, education, and life science, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Manage tenant improvements for Class A office spaces, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship.Utilize Procore software for project management, documentation, and communication among team members.Review and approve material submittals, RFIs, and ASIs to maintain project integrity and compliance with specifications.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols in occupied buildings.Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in the commercial construction industry, particularly with tenant improvements and Class A office spaces.Strong familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam software and its applications in project management.Knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience with retrofitting, material submittals, RFI's, and ASI's is a plus.BenefitsSalary: $115K-$160K DOE401K MatchingMedical, Vision and Dental BenefitsLife InsuranceAuto + Gas AllowanceCompany cell phonePaid Vacation + Paid Holidays
