This contract, remote role includes managing regional performance metrics, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring consistent, high-quality client experiences. Day-to-day tasks involve building and maintaining strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, supporting local teams or partners, and monitoring client satisfaction and retention. The Regional Director will collaborate with leadership on regional planning, implement process improvements, and provide regular reporting on key initiatives and outcomes. This role requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while aligning with company standards and goals.Qualifications Experience in regional or multi-site management, operations oversight, or account management within service-oriented or concierge-style businesses.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships, nurture partnerships, and drive regional growth initiatives.Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with experience coordinating projects and tracking performance metrics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present updates to leadership and collaborate with remote stakeholders.Comfort working in a fully remote environment, with proficiency in common digital collaboration tools and CRM or project management platforms.Proven problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to make data-informed decisions to improve processes and client outcomes.Prior experience in concierge services, hospitality, healthcare support, or professional services is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
