Furniture Assembler

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, multi-skilled individual to handle indoor furniture assembly, general home repairs, and routine outdoor property maintenance including basic hot tub cleaning. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver with high attention to detail and proficiency with both hand and power tools. Responsibilities Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality. Perform minor repairs, including fixing broken furniture, patching drywall, unclogging drains, and replacing light fixtures or outlets. Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble parts as needed. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain property through leaf blowing, debris/trash removal, and staging outdoor furniture. Routine hot tub cleaning, including - vacuum debris, scrub spa shells, clean filters, and wipe down covers and exterior cabinetry. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the work area. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential for effective assembly. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all tasks. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration. Capability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. Ability to lift and move heavy objects frequently (typically up to 50–75 lbs).
