The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and install residential and/or commercial plumbing systems while providing top-tier customer service.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose plumbing issues and provide effective repair solutionsInstall, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systemsPerform inspections and preventive maintenanceCommunicate clearly with customers about job details, repair options, and costsOperate company vehicles, tools, and equipment safelyComplete service reports and documentation accuratelyAdhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry codesRequirements1+ years of experience as a plumbing technician (or equivalent training)Troubleshooting and mechanical skillsClean driving record and valid driver's licenseExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
