This Corporate Attorney role focuses on advising clients on capital markets transactions, securities offerings, and regulatory compliance, supporting issuers and financial institutions on complex deals.This is not a low-pressure corporate role. Attorneys are expected to operate at a high level immediately, contributing to deal execution, drafting key documents, and managing transaction timelines. If someone lacks real capital markets deal experience, they will fall behind quickly.
