Data Center Project Manager

MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a Project Management Consultant to join our team and support our data center construction engagement in Sterling, VA.Who We AreMIGSO-PCUBED (MP) is a global management consulting firm focused on delivering project, program, & portfolio management as a service. We are industry agnostic, working across Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, Defense, Energy, Financial Services, Telecom, Technology & Media, and Public Sector. Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations, and driving business transformation initiatives.Looking for a PM with strong owner’s rep experience, ideally 7+ years with at least 2 - 3 years of data center experience with a strong understanding of fiber strands, network services etc.Someone who can hit the ground running on a 32MW project with aggressive timelines.Comfortable managing customer-facing coordination, cost/schedule tracking, and driving accountability across contractors.Have a high degree of competence around customer interface, cross functional communication skills, strategic thinking, and strong leadership qualities.Experienced with documenting work orders, scope change, requests etc. and ability to work on compressed schedule.Must be able to work on site 100% in Sterling VA.
