This position is responsible for greeting guests in a courteous and professional manner, verifying and collecting valid tickets, and providing basic information about the venue and event. Ticket Takers also play an essential role ensuring an efficient entry process, supporting safety and security procedures, and assisting guests with directions or basic inquiries.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Collect a valid ticket from each guest entering Wilson Warbirds StadiumCoordinate with Event Security to ensure bag checks are taking place in a timely mannerTreat fans and guests with courtesy and respect and assist them as they enter the ballpark to ensure their visit is safe, clean, fun, and family-friendlyDirect guests to appropriate seating areas or provide general information about the venueMonitor entry points to prevent unauthorized accessAssist with crowd control and maintain orderly guest flowReport any issues or concerns to supervisors promptlyStay informed about stadium policies, event details, and emergency proceduresQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
