Creating and processing orders, including generating quotes, invoices, and insurance claims accurately to convert inquiries into sales. Navigating relevant systems to identify parts, provide precise freight estimates, and update customer records efficiently. Collaborating with warehouses and accounting teams to resolve shipping delays, payment issues, and warranty concerns. Representing company values through genuine, compassionate service that fosters trust and long-term relationships.What You'll Bring:The ideal candidate for this role will have: 2-3 years of customer service and sales experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Experience handling multi-line phones with ease.
