We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our organization.In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders and employees to provide proactive HR partnership, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive people strategies that directly impact business outcomes.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day employee support with longer-term talent and organizational initiatives.What You’ll DoStrategic Partnership & Talent SupportPartner with business leaders to address organizational needs, workforce planning, and talent strategiesProvide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership effectivenessSupport succession planning and talent development initiativesEmployee Experience & RelationsServe as a trusted advisor and primary HR contact for employeesProactively address employee concerns and foster a positive, engaging work environmentHiring & Workforce GrowthCollaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and onboarding of new talentCoach managers on effective, compliant recruiting and interviewing practicesChange & Organizational EffectivenessSupport leaders and employees through organizational change, acting as a strategic partner to navigate evolving business needs, optimize operational effectiveness, and deliver HR support to a geographically distributed, remote workforce in a fast-paced environmentPrograms & InitiativesChampion HR programs across the business, including: Performance managementTalent reviews & succession planningEmployee engagement & recognitionDiversity, equity, and inclusion initiativesProjects & Continuous ImprovementLead or contribute to HR and cross-functional projectsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance HR service deliveryWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of HR experience in a generalist or HRBP roleStrong working knowledge of: Employee relationsPerformance managementTalent management and developmentCompensation practicesSolid understanding of employment laws and regulations (multi-state experience a plus)Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organizationProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilityExperience supporting a technical remote/field-based function highly desirable
