This is an up and coming organization that treats their employees like family.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Verification & OnboardingConduct verification calls with new clients following the completion of a sales consultationEnsure all required disclosures and compliance procedures are properly communicated and confirmedAssist clients in completing required agreements including ACA Group Service Agreement and third-party financing agreements when applicableGuide clients through DocuSign documents and assist with troubleshooting when needed Resend agreements via SMS or email and help clients successfully complete the signing processAccurately enter and update client information across multiple systems and CRMsAnswer client questions regarding the service agreement, verification process, and financing structure when applicableEnsure a smooth transition from the sales process to active client onboarding
