Build and oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination. Maintain healthcare construction compliance, safety standards, and documentation. Communicate frequently with executive leadership and university stakeholders. Ensure delivery on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. Drive problem-solving and daily decision-making to keep the project moving.
