What You Bring5+ years of hands-on trade experience.Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching, mentoring, or coaching.Comfort with tools, tech, and hybrid learning environments.Commitment to OSHA safety standards. Preferred Certifications/LicensesCertifications like EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30, or Journeyman licensing.Hybrid teaching experience and curriculum development skills.
