We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Web Developer / Web Editor to support the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and quality assurance of enterprise web properties for a leading financial services organization. This hybrid role is ideal for a digital content professional with experience in website management, CMS administration, SEO optimization, web accessibility compliance, and digital content QA.The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring website content remains accurate, accessible, engaging, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards. This position will also support website enhancements, email platform migration initiatives, testing efforts, and cross-functional digital projects.This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who thrive in fast-paced digital environments and enjoy balancing technical web operations with content quality and user experience optimization.Key Responsibilities:Update and maintain website content, pages, and digital assets using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Kentico, or similar systemsEnsure website content is accurate, current, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand standardsMonitor and troubleshoot website issues including broken links, formatting inconsistencies, bugs, and technical errorsPerform QA testing on website updates, enhancements, and new features prior to deploymentSupport ADA/WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility compliance initiatives across digital propertiesImplement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and user engagementMaintain website change logs and release documentationAssist with email marketing platform migration, template updates, and content QACollaborate with developers, designers, marketing teams, writers, and external agency partnersManage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines in a collaborative environmentRequired Skills/Education:3–5+ years of experience in web editing, web content management, digital content operations, or web productionHands-on experience with CMS platforms including WordPress, Drupal, Kentico, or similar systemsStrong proofreading, editing, and web QA/testing skillsKnowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniquesExperience supporting ADA accessibility and WCAG compliance standardsFamiliarity with website troubleshooting, site monitoring, and issue resolutionStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting enterprise-level or regulated industry websitesFamiliarity with UX/UI best practices and information architecture principlesBasic understanding of HTML/CSS and web analytics toolsExperience with email marketing platforms and template migration projectsAbout Seneca Resources:At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
