Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking qualified Construction Project Managers to join our team for construction projects across the country. Project Managers work closely with site teams to ensure quality services for our clients, coordinating and supervising work onsite, including subcontractor activity, safety, and scheduling. They interact regularly with our clients and play a vital role in the success of each project.Responsibilities+ Successfully complete construction projects.+ Coordinate and supervise work onsite.+ Manage subcontractor activity, safety, and scheduling.+ Ensure workplace safety and attain profit goals.+ Exceed client expectations while promoting a positive company image.+ Interact regularly with clients to ensure project success.Essential Skills+ Project management+ Construction and construction management+ Experience with change orders, RFIs, and project scheduling+ Mechanical skills+ Proficiency with Wrike and HoloBuilder+ Organizational and detail-oriented skills+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of commercial construction+ Thorough knowledge of all tradesAdditional Skills & Qualifications+ Experience with Walmart & Sam's Club projects+ Strong organizational and people skills+ Proactive leadership skills+ Excellent communication skills+ Ability to understand and navigate plans and specifications+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environmentWork EnvironmentThe position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing work from a home office, job site, and main office in Missouri. It requires 20% total travel, with 10% travel to project sites as needed and quarterly travel for team meetings. Benefits include a weekly truck allowance, paid insurances, and a per diem.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Dexter, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.Full suite of benefits, including medical eye and dental.
