content variation, scenario generation, summarisation, and iterative developmentStrong human learning judgement to validate accuracy, relevance, ethical AI use, and learning effectivenessExperience designing learning across multiple formats, including instructor‑led, self‑paced, digital, blended, and campaign‑based learningAbility to create modular, reusable learning content suitable for use in the flow of workStrong stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with SMEs across regions and servicesExperience using learning content development tools and designing for LMS/LXP and workplace platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)Awareness of accessibility, inclusion, and learning design standardsStrong organisational and time management skills with high attention to attendance, feedback, and engagement metrics to inform improvementsProvide live coordination and hosting support during training sessionsContent, Resource & Operational SupportCollaborate with Global Learning Program Leads to prepare and distribute learning materialsSupport evaluation of learning programmes using surveys, feedback, and performance metricsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process documentationSupport compliance with GDPR and internal data protection policiesLiaise with IT and HRIS teams to maintain integration with Workday and SSO systemsAdditional
