Are you looking to work on diverse job sites across the Southeast where attention to detail and safety are critical to success?CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Sprinkler Foreman to join our Fire Protection Services Team in Tampa, FL or Coral Springs, FL. In this role, you will act as a field leader—overseeing installations, supporting and developing crews, and ensuring projects are delivered to exacting performance and compliance standards while traveling to various job sites across the Southeast.Lead the layout, assembly, and installation of fire sprinkler piping systems and fire pumps for commercial and industrial buildingsOversee on-site work crews, ensuring installations comply with NFPA standards, local codes, and customer requirementsConduct hydrostatic testing to verify system functionality and identify leaksPerform final inspections with the local, state, and county AHJ'sServe as a technical expert for the team, interpreting work specifications, fire codes, and training junior team members to ensure consistency in project executionMaintain positive client relationships and clear communication on project status including relaying potential change orders or service needsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 7 years of industry experience requiredStrong knowledge of the fire protection industry including NFPA standards, local codes, and best practicesProven leadership skills with prior experience overseeing field crewsProficiency in reading and redlining fabrication drawingsExcellent communication skills and a positive customer service attitudeAbility to work independently, adapt to various physical work environments, and lift heavy objectsValid driver's license required with the ability to travel to various job sites across the SoutheastOSHA 30 training required or must obtain within 30 days of employmentSales aptitude a plusMake a measurable impact while mentoring the next generation of fire protection talentBe part of a team that delivers highly specialized fire protection engineering services and cutting-edge solutions, addressing the most challenging fire risks with an adaptable mindsetCurious about the impactful work our Fire Protection Services team is doing?
