Human Resources Representative- Manufacturing Plant

Job Description Plant Human Resources RepresentativeCKS Packaging, Inc. has an opening at its Orlando plant for an plant HR Representative to administer Human Resources functions, including but not limited to: payroll administration; benefits enrollment and maintenance; policy/procedure compliance; helping maintain positive employee morale and employee appreciation events; recruitment activities; assist plant staff in preparation of various reports (production, inventory, etc.).Experience/knowledge/skills/requirements:Excellent interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of payroll-related time and attendance systems;Organizational skills for creation/maintenance of employee files and information;Working knowledge of human resources principles regarding privacy, discretion, and confidentiality;Experience assisting in compliance with policies, procedures relating to work rules, nondiscrimination/Nonharassment; safety policies, etc.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Power PointTime management, multi-tasking skillsWorking knowledge of unemployment claims, workers’ compensation claimsCreative skills to help maintain/enhance positive employee relations environment.High school/GED with HR coursework, seminars, or equivalent experience.Willingness/ability to work occasionally on off-shifts or weekendsCommitment to setting positive example for punctuality, reliability, dress-code and Good Manufacturing PracticesBi-lingual English/Spanish Or Haitian Creole Skills Would Be HelpfulPrinciples only.
