At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.As a Lead Financial Analyst - Innovation at Johnson & Johnson, you will play a critical role in assessing the financial viability for new product initiatives, and provide financial support for the Pediatric Eye segment of our business. You will be responsible for performing financial analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting findings from business cases for our innovation pipeline.Key Responsibilities Responsible for business case preparation and valuation for all innovation within the Vision Care portfolio. Includes being an active member of project core teams, consolidation of inputs from multiple functional owners, and ownership of financial metrics. Partner directly with Enterprise MedTech team including pipeline updates, benchmarking, and financial reporting Financial reporting and consolidation support for Pediatric Eye stronghold, led by our Myopia Control contact lens business High visibility role with numerous opportunities to present and interact with various levels of senior management, including Vision Leadership Team. Partner with Global Commercial and R&D teams as needed for ad-hoc analyses. Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus. Experience and Skills: Experienced Senior Financial Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience Strong financial analysis skills, including financial modeling and forecasting. Solid understanding of financial concepts, ROI calculations, and profitability analysis. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial analysis into strategic recommendations. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel People management experience, an asset Experience with modeling Monte Carlo simulation, an asset Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
